Installed this at a BMW body shop. Everyone really liked the fitment and OEM look for this part. The only negative was the wood screws shipped with the part. They're wholly inadequate for the job. The body shop used screws with washers and metal brackets on the back side to spread the tension load, and some polyurethane to on the back side to fill in some air gaps.
So better hardware and an installation guide would make this great product even better!
