Overall the product looks appealing and it feels nice once installed. It took a long time to get here and I don’t remember seeing anything on the site about 8 week lead times. This product is advertised as OEM giving the impression you will reuse everything from your stock steering wheel. However, one pair of holes on the inside of the airbag area is missing so no screws were able to go on the inside part of the buttons you reuse. Also the holes on the back to install the paddle shifters are much smaller than the factory ones. I had to stop mid install and run to a hardware store to find screws that would fit in the holes. Would have been appropriate to include the necessary screws if they’re going to size down from the OEM specs. A minor inconvenience but still a nuisance to encounter. Other than that the product looks and feels much more aggressive than the OEM steering wheel. The design is very cool!
Installed this Steering Wheel on my 2018 Dodge Charger. It fits perfectly and feels amazing. The carbon fiber looks fantastic and adds a touch of luxury to my car. Installation was straightforward, and Vicrez’s customer service was very helpful.

First of all Vicrez has awesome customer service and products. I ordered a Vicrez custom Matte Carbon steering wheel with a green 12 o'clock ring with green stitching and also the green carbon thumb inlays with black leather and it's looks amazing!! The reason i gave only 4 out of 5 is because there is a few small flaws that I noticed once i received my steering wheel. First flaw is something my eyes pick up everyday while driving and that is the 12 o'clock ring. It's actually positioned around 11:58 to 11:59 o'clock and also the right thumb green carbon inlay in not flush or seated properly.
