This product was very nice but it had many pros and cons.
Pros: Good quality, good fit, nice aggressive look, I fooled a couple people into thinking it's a demon.
Cons: When I transfered the heat shield it didn't have a correct fit which you'd expect purchasing something so pricey they would include everything you'd need. The insert into the cutout easily falls out when closing the hood and needs to be glued in, the hood also needed gets hand prints on it super easily and hard to remove.
Overall the product is worth it but comes at a cost. I wish they would provide everything you need including the heat shield and better fit for the cutout.
You need to buy 3M tape for the air piece. The hood is very high quality. It’s a game changer. The wrap isn’t needed due to the nice finish it has. But get it if you want extra detail. Shipping will take about 10 days or so from a independent delivery service. Vicrez never misses on their products
I put this hood on my 2016 Challenger Hellcat. It bolted right on and the fitment is outstanding. The hood itself is very light, yet very strong. It comes in a primer black and was well packed upon delivery.
I dropped one star because of the plastic ram air piece. First, the bottom of the piece was slightly warped, so in the middle it didn’t exactly sit down in the slot, but it was far from being ruined or unusable.
Second, it does not appear to “snap” into place anywhere. You push it into the hood and it just sits there. Nothing secures the plastic piece to the hood. This is the only issue I have with the hood. I had to use double sided tape to mount and hold the plastic ram air piece in place. So far it looks good.
I would definitely recommend this hood to anyone looking for a quality Demon hood. The issue with the plastic piece is a minor nitpick but I wanted to note it.
