Great product and customer service!
Love this on my 2019 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona!. UPDATE - I now see the disclaimer that Vicrez always recommends professional installation, so almost the entire info below is frankly, “my bad!” I am leaving the notes as is in case it may inform other shoppers to set their expectations.
Only a couple items kept this from initially being a 5 star review.
1. Installation. No instructions provided, for either the grille insert or the lights. The installation overview here gives general information, as an overview should. However, without detailed instructions I was standing there with my arms out to the side, “Now What?” So off I went to find body shop that would be able to professionally install since I am more of a esthetics fan than a gear head. They looked it over and asked for the install instructions.
Hmmmm.
2. I called customer service and while the persons I talked to were friendly, helpful and professional, the call was lengthy and the end result was emailing me a link to the install overview video on this page.
I suggest Vicrez take the time to better document installation details and provide a link to them on the product page. For someone who is new to making changes to vehicle appearance, I quickly learned that while I bought thinking that I and a helper could install ourselves, some items are better left to the pros. I would have known this in advance had I seen install details for the products.
Regardless, the end result looks better than I imagined - and a note if there are others as naïve or new to this as I am, the effects shown in the video are made possible by another product which then can allow enabling the “light show” functionality available on the vehicle. (A disclaimer would have been nice!)
Looking forward to future additions to my 2019 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona!
