I have had this rear diffuser for 3 months and 2 of the fins randomly snapped off, after paying nearly $500 for it I was upset and contacted customer service about this issue, and all they could tell me was to buy replacement fins for another $100. 2 little pieces of ABS board for $100 is absurd in its own right, but knowing they will randomly break after 3 months anyways makes it that much worse. I am actually disgusted by this companies outrageous prices and complete lack of customer satisfaction.
I absolutely love this diffuser. I had another that shall not be named and I hated it . Tbh the other seemed cheap, and not durable but also rather dull.. When I found this one I like that they had options for edging plus options with the look of it . Brownie points there! I got the purple edging but also later ordered black . It shipped super fast and I was extremely happy with the look of it, the type material used and the quality . It still looks just as awesome as the day I installed it . I’ve had it on for a few months. I like that I can change the edging color if I want .It’s pretty much a no brainer to install the diffuser. I’ll be ordering the matching sides and front splitter to give it the full effect . They really think about the quality and style of the products and that is a big factor for me when I’m purchasing products. Not many companies now days keep that in mind anymore but this company still does !! I am completely happy with my purchase and can’t wait to add the other matching products.
