It applies easily with our Vicrez vzt101 Dual Epoxy/ Caulking applicator gun mixing nozzle, with no pre-mixing or measuring. It is easy to sand for excellent featheredge, and ready to paint in as little as 20-30 minutes (Depending on environment temperature) This Quick adhesive creates a long-lasting permanent bond between two surfaces. Any professional auto body shop will find much use for this adhesive, including bonding small parts, rebuilding cracked areas, and rebuilding components (Bumper tabs). You can use it as a gap filler; so even if small parts are broken off, this adhesive can fill and bond them together permanently.

Useful for all kinds of plastic repairs. It is flexible which makes it useful for repairing items that need a little "give". However, it is also rigid enough to provide a solid repair. You can use it to repair auto body components, aerospace, and more. It cures as hard rubber and is workable for a decent amount of time yet the repaired item can be placed in service within a few hours. It is best used with an application gun made for this service.

Directions:

Surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free from rust, oil, grease, and wax. We highly recommend sanding out the area where the adhesive will be applied and cleaning thoroughly. Apply a 50/50 ratio using our Vicrez vzt101 Dual Epoxy/ Caulking applicator gun. Once you reached 40-45 seconds you can start applying the adhesive.
